由WHO西太平洋地区和我国卫生部组织、南京儿童心理卫生研究中心主办的首届“儿童智能障碍讲习班”于1986年5月5日至14日在南京举行。会上5名美、英、日专家教授和14名国内专家教授作了专题报告,57名正式代表和近二十名非正式代表参加了讲习班。与会人员有儿科、精神科、神经科医生及儿童心理学教师。讲习班重点讨论了国内外儿童智能障碍的流行病学调查,病因探讨及康复处置的现状及展望。
The first “Workshop on Children’s Intellectual Disability” organized by the WHO Western Pacific Region and the Ministry of Health of China and the Nanjing Center for Child Mental Health Research was held in Nanjing from May 5 to 14, 1986. At the meeting, five experts from the United States, Britain and Japan and 14 national experts and professors made special reports. 57 formal representatives and nearly 20 informal representatives attended the seminar. Participants were pediatric, psychiatric, neurologist and child psychology teachers. The workshop focused on the epidemiological investigation of children’s mental retardation at home and abroad, the etiology and the current situation and prospects of rehabilitation.
