目的分析广东省茂名市2007-2009年法定传染病漏报原因,提高传染病报告率,以便及时、准确地掌握传染病疫情动态,及时、有效控制疫情。方法对茂名市2007-2009年各级医疗机构进行法定传染病报告调查,查阅门诊日志、出入院登记本、检验科、放射科、传染病登记本等记录,对传染病登记数及报告数进行统计分析。结果 2007-2009年茂名市法定传染病总漏报率为12.67%,以镇级医疗机构漏报率较高,漏报率较高的病种为淋病、痢疾、病毒性肝炎。结论卫生行政部门应加强医疗机构法定传染病报告执法检查;医疗机构加强奖惩和自查制度落实、建立功能科室和临床医生的结果反馈机制,是减少漏报的有效手段。
Objective To analyze the causes of the omission of notifiable infectious diseases in Maoming City, Guangdong Province during 2007-2009, and to improve the reporting rate of infectious diseases so that the epidemic situation of infectious diseases can be grasped in a timely and accurate manner and the epidemic situation can be timely and effectively controlled. Methods To investigate the statutory infectious diseases report of medical institutions at all levels in Maoming from 2007 to 2009, and to check out the records of outpatient logbooks, registration books, laboratory divisions, radiologists and infectious disease registers, etc., and record the number of infectious diseases and the number of reports Statistical Analysis. Results The total missing rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Maoming City was 12.67% from 2007 to 2009, with the omission rate higher in the township medical institutions and the gonorrhea, dysentery and viral hepatitis among the cases with higher false negative rate. Conclusion Health administrative departments should strengthen law enforcement inspection of statutory infectious disease reports in medical institutions; strengthen the system of rewards and punishments and self-examination by medical institutions and establish a feedback mechanism of results of functional departments and clinicians, which is an effective way to reduce the omission.
