影片《枫》是峨影的新作,它的外景几乎全部是在四川西昌拍摄的。因为西昌日照时间长,利于缩短摄制周期,加之西昌有一座被炸坏了的大楼,正好符合《枫》的选景要求。所以,选中西昌这个外景拍摄点,就是既合理又合算的了。绿叶变红叶根据《枫》的情节需要,影片必须有满山枫叶红的秋色背景。然而,二、三月间的西昌,却是山青水绿,一片春光。眼前那青翠的绿色树叶,又怎么才能变成火焰般的红色呢?摄制组的同志们,忽然想到了喷射白色泡沫的灭火器。于是,请采了消防队的同志们,把红色颜料灌进了消防车。马达一转,红色消防车射出了红色的喷液,刹时间,绿色的树叶竟变成了红色的枫叶。
