近年来,随着城市建设的快速发展,大型建筑和基础工程项目增多,随之带来的施工风险和安全监管问题日趋增加。本文就研究建筑施工中风险隐患存在的原因及安全管理现状,从风险源头管理、施工过程管理、后期整改管理、推进标准化的建设等方面进行浅析。
In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction, the large-scale construction and basic engineering projects have increased, and the consequent problems of construction risk and safety supervision have been increasing. This paper studies the causes of hidden dangers in construction and the status quo of safety management from the aspects of risk source management, construction process management, post-rectification management and promotion of standardization.
