我院与北京建筑机械厂于1975年组成了“龙门剪床机械化上下料操作机”的设计、施工三结合小组,经过两年的努力,制成了这套机械化上下料装置。在北京建筑机械厂金属结构车间经过一段时间的生产实践证明,效果良好。它基本上代替了笨重的体力劳动,初步实现了上下料机械化,大大提高了劳动生产效率(过去十几个人的工作,现在三个人即可完成),而且提高了剪切的质量和操作的安全性。
