河南省虞城县农林局于1974年在全县16个公社(镇)一万亩地作了玉米螟性引诱试验,取得了较好的效果。用人工采蛹、黑光灯诱蛾、田间捕蛾、室内饲养(利用代饲料)等方法提供虫源,制备性诱粗提物。 田间试验结果: 1.性诱笼(将10头未交配的活雌蛾放于高16厘米、周长40厘米的无味窗纱笼内)比性诱牌(剪取10头雌蛾腹末1/3,分别浸泡干10毫升的水、酒精、二氯甲烷等溶剂中,研碎,涂于长5厘米、宽2厘米的滤纸牌上)诱集的效果约高1—2倍(详见下表)。

Artificial pupae collected, black light lure moths, field catching moths, indoor feeding (using the feed) and other methods to provide insect source, prepared crude extract. Field test results: 1. Sexually-induced cages (10 unpaired live moths were placed in a 16 cm-high, 40 cm perday-free window screening cage) 3, respectively, soaking 10 ml of water, alcohol, methylene chloride and other solvents, ground, coated on a 5 cm long, 2 cm wide filter card) about 1-2 times the effect of trapping (see below table).
