本文首先指出多品种、中小批量生产已成为当前和今后机械制造行业发展的必然趋势。接之,用国外的发展实例,说明成组技术是作为有效地利用数控技术和计算机技术的基础,加以开发和利用的。而且,在机械制造行业新技术开发的过程中,总是首先开发成组技术。然后,用大量实例分析了成组技术的作用和效益,并指出航空机载设备行业特别适合于采用成组技术。
This article first pointed out that multi-species, medium and small batch production has become an inevitable trend in the current and future development of the machinery manufacturing industry. Then, using the development examples from abroad, it is shown that the group technology is used as the basis for the effective use of numerical control technology and computer technology to be developed and utilized. Moreover, in the process of developing new technologies in the machinery manufacturing industry, the group technology is always developed first. Then, a large number of examples were used to analyze the effects and benefits of group technology, and it was pointed out that the aviation airborne equipment industry is particularly suitable for adopting group technology.
