级进模多产品共模生产时,针对产品内球面偏心孔冲裁产生的侧向力提出了3种刃口结构解决方案。对比分析凸模载荷-行程曲线和板料断面形貌,并结合生产现场验证发现,平面凸模对控制内球面偏心孔冲裁侧向力峰值幅度较为有利,且冲切断面光亮带较宽。所设计的多产品共模工艺方案保证了产品的精度和自动化生产的流畅性。
When the progressive die multi-product common mode is produced, three kinds of cutting edge structure solutions are proposed according to the lateral force generated by the punching eccentric spherical holes in the product. By comparing the load-stroke curve of punch and the cross-sectional profile of the sheet metal, and combining with the verification of the production site, it is found that the plane punch is more favorable for controlling the peak amplitude of the lateral force punching the eccentric hole of the inner spherical surface and the bright zone of blanking section is wide. The design of multi-product common-mode process to ensure product accuracy and automated production of fluency.
