研究了模铸过程中气隙的产生、分布规律.数学模型包括两部分:1)计算纯金属凝固传热;2)计算金属冷却收缩.经计算得到,同一点不同时间气隙的变化规律是:首先逐步形成较宽的气隙,而后变窄,完全凝固后气隙才再次变宽;同一时间气隙的变化规律是:离角部的距离越大,气隙越窄,离角部的距离越小,气隙越宽.经实验验证,模型成立.
The formation and distribution of air gap in the process of die casting were studied. The mathematical model consists of two parts: 1) calculate the solidification heat transfer of pure metal; 2) calculate the metal cooling shrinkage. The calculated variation of the air gap at the same time and at different times is as follows: Firstly, a wider air gap is formed gradually and then becomes narrower, and then the air gap becomes wider again after being completely solidified; at the same time, the variation law of the air gap is: The larger the distance, the narrower the air gap, the smaller the distance from the corner, and the wider the air gap. After experimental verification, the model is established.
