一、前言记忆遥测可以说是解决再入飞行器遥测中所谓“黑障区”问题的途径之一,而且已有人提出,希望能把飞行的全部重要数据都记忆在存储器中,待离靶标不远时才发射出去,即实现全部记忆遥测。实现这种设想意味着要求在几秒钟内将几十分钟采集的全部数据传送到地面。显然,关键在于有效地压缩遥测数据。欧洲空间研究中心于1975年公布了这个中心所研究的、用于欧联卫星遥测数据压缩的各种预测和内插压缩方法及结果;参考文献
