波兰早期建设的加气混凝土工厂中,普遍采用水泥—酪素—橡胶浆型钢筋防腐剂,由于性能不十分理想,所以,目前新建的加气混凝土工厂中,均采用波兰中央混凝土工业研究和发展中心(CEBET)研制的溶剂型沥青钢筋防腐剂。该防腐剂由高熔点沥青、有机溶剂和适当的填充料组成,由华沙附近的泼罗斯科夫工厂生产供全国各加气混凝土厂使用,商品名“贝隆”(Besar)。最近,据来我厂执行合同的波兰专家介绍,CEBET根据瑞士Stadle公司的专利产品Noverox,进一步研究成化学转化
In the early stage of construction of aerated concrete plants in Poland, cement-casein-rubber slurry reinforced anticorrosives were commonly used. Due to unsatisfactory performance, the newly-built aerated concrete plant is currently using Polish central concrete industry research and development. The solvent-based asphalt reinforced corrosion inhibitor developed by the center (CEBET). The preservative consists of high-melting bitumen, organic solvents and suitable fillers. It is produced at the Prussikoff plant near Warsaw and is used by all aerated concrete plants across the country under the trade name “Besar”. Recently, according to a Polish expert who came to our factory to implement the contract, CEBET further studied the chemical conversion according to the Swiss company Stadle’s patented product Noverox.
