在伺服系统的设计阶段,对低自然频率极限的判断能节省更多的设计时间和费用。伺服系统的自然频率与频带宽度密切相关,而频带宽又决定系统的响应速度;自然频率愈高,系统响应愈快。如果一个刚性的双作油缸(图1)完全充满液体,则液体硬度由公式(2)得出,而自然频率按公式(3)算出。然而,若考虑油缸和控制阀用通路或管道连接,那么,此硬度可用公式(4)表达。
In the design phase of the servo system, the judgment of low natural frequency limit can save more design time and cost. The natural frequency of the servo system is closely related to the bandwidth of the frequency band, and the frequency bandwidth determines the response speed of the system. The higher the natural frequency, the faster the system response. If a rigid double acting cylinder (Figure 1) is completely filled with liquid, the hardness of the liquid is given by equation (2) and the natural frequency is calculated by equation (3). However, if considering that the cylinder and the control valve are connected with a passage or a pipe, the hardness can be expressed by the formula (4).
