今年12月11日,是我国加入世界贸易组织三周年的日子。这标志着我国市场开放进程中的一个新阶段--“后过渡期”即将开始。何谓后过渡期?一个最为简单的诠释就是:经过三年适度保护的产业领域将陆续结束过渡期,开始到达“入世”承诺的终极目标。 过去三年里,我国加快制定和完善与WTO规则相适应的法律和贸易政策体系,逐步降低关税和取消非关税贸易措施,部分放开服务贸易领域的市场准入,在认真履行“入世”承诺方面取得了阶段性成果,
December 11 this year marks the third anniversary of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization. This marks a new stage in the process of market opening in our country - the “post-transition period” is about to begin. What is the post-transition period? One of the simplest interpretations is that after three years of moderate protection in the industrial field, the transition period will be completed and the ultimate goal of “WTO accession” promised.
