文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、层次分析法和数理统计法,结合高校体育保健课的实际情况,从学生体质水平、心理健康、运动技能、理论知识等方面构建了6个1级指标18个二级指标的高校体育保健课评价体系,并建立了数学模型。该评价体系淡化了运动技能和学习效果,重视学生的身心健康,要求学生掌握一定的理论知识,充分调动了残疾、体弱大学生的体育热情,达到增强体质的目的。
In this paper, we use the methods of literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics to study the physical condition of college physical education, and build 6 Level 1 indicators of 18 secondary indicators of college physical education health evaluation system, and established a mathematical model. The evaluation system has played down the sports skills and learning effects, attaches great importance to the physical and mental health of students, requires students to master a certain amount of theoretical knowledge, and fully mobilize the disability and frailty of sports enthusiasm of college students to achieve the purpose of enhancing physical fitness.
