随着销售情况转好,大型房企的扩张动机重新开始增加截至11月13日,排名前50的上市房企已有25家披露了1～10月的销售业绩。从数据来看,在市场回暖的推动下,大型房企的销售情况明显好于去年同期,虽然尚有两个月时间,部分房企已经完成了年度的销售目标。随着销售回款增加,房企的财务状况好转,部分品牌房企已经率先迈开了扩张步伐,典型房企频频拿地,以期在后市竞争中赢得优势地位。
