精神药物常在妊娠期使用以控制恶心、呕吐,在分娩时可起麻醉作用,在产褥期治疗焦虑和忧郁。药物可由母体传至胎儿或婴儿。本文报告哺养婴儿的母亲使用精神药物时,对婴儿可能产生的影响。一、酒精:Sapeika报告1例哺乳的母亲在24小时内喝葡萄酒750毫升,而使出生8天的婴儿血液中也含有酒精而致酒醉。一般认为饮用中等量的酒,可不致引起哺乳婴儿的反应。二、鸦片类:鸦片可在乳汁中发现。从理论上讲,母亲使用鸦片,哺乳婴儿也可成瘾。
Psychotropic substances are often used during pregnancy to control nausea, vomiting, anesthesia during childbirth, and anxiety and depression in the puerperium. Medication can be passed from mother to fetus or infant. This article reports on the possible impact on babies of mothers who feed their babies when using psychotropic medications. Alcohol: Sapeika reports that 1 lactating mother drank 750 ml of wine within 24 hours, leaving the 8-day-old infant’s blood to contain alcohol and intoxicated. Generally think that drinking moderate amount of wine, may not cause breastfeeding baby’s reaction. Second, the opium: opium can be found in milk. In theory, mothers using opium, breast-feeding infants can also be addictive.
