目的 利用视网膜厚度分析仪 (RTA)检测老年黄斑变性的视网膜黄斑区表现。方法 采用 Tilia公司的视网膜厚度分析仪对老年黄斑变性患者进行分析。结果 对于萎缩型老年黄斑变性的患者 ,RTA检测结果显示黄斑区视网膜的厚度基本在正常范围之内 ;对于渗出型老年黄斑变性的患者 ,RTA检测结果显示黄斑区视网膜厚度明显增加。结论 视网膜厚度分析仪灵敏度高 ,对于评价老年黄斑变性视网膜的水肿等情况 ,检测老年黄斑变性的疾病进程及转归 ,有其独到的作用
Objective To evaluate the macular degeneration in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) by using retinal thickness analyzer (RTA). Methods Tilia retinal thickness analyzer was used to analyze patients with age-related macular degeneration. Results In patients with atrophic AMD, RTA results showed that the thickness of the retina in the macular area was within the normal range. For patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration, the RTA test showed a significant increase in the thickness of the retina in the macula. Conclusion High sensitivity of retinal thickness analyzer for the evaluation of age-related macular degeneration and other retinal edema, detection of age-related macular degeneration disease progression and outcome, has its unique effect
