工程建设的复杂性、系统性、规模性决定了财务管理工作的重要性,为使工程能够顺利进行,并获得最大的经济效益,必须做好财务管理工作。基于此点,本文首先简要分析了工程建设中财务管理存在的问题,并在此基础上提出加强工程建设中财务管理的措施,期望对财务管理水平的提升有所帮助。
The complexity, systematicness and scale of engineering determines the importance of financial management. To make the project proceed smoothly and obtain the maximum economic benefits, we must do a good job in financial management. Based on this point, this paper first briefly analyzes the existing problems of financial management in engineering construction, and on this basis puts forward some measures to strengthen the financial management in engineering construction. It is expected that this will be helpful to the improvement of financial management.
