清水江文书是指贵州省清水江流域内,如锦屏、黎平、台江、三穗、剑河、天柱等县各村寨遗存下来的契约文书。契约文书现藏有量主要还是在各村寨,村寨间形成了各自的抢救保护网点,但抢救保护网点的管理方式简单、混乱,没有一套统一的、科学的管理机制。现在当务之急是如何对村寨的分布式抢救保护网点建立一套完整的管理机制。因此,本文重点从政府监督、法律保护和市场激励等方面对契约文书分布式抢救保护网点的管理机制进行探索。
Qingshui River Documents refer to the contractual documents left over from the Qingshui River in Guizhou Province such as Jinping, Liping, Taijiang, Sansui, Jianhe and Tianzhu counties. The contractual instruments are mainly in the possession of the village or village, forming their own rescue and protection network, but the rescue and protection network management is simple and chaotic, without a unified and scientific management mechanism. Now the top priority is how to establish a complete set of management mechanism for the village’s distributed rescue and protection network. Therefore, this article focuses on exploring the management mechanism of the distributed rescue and protection network of contractual documents in terms of government supervision, legal protection and market incentives.
