本文研究了用磺基氯酚偶氮罗丹宁(Ⅰ)、磺基氯酚偶氮硫代丙酰罗丹宁(Ⅱ)和对一、间一、邻一磺基苯偶氮罗丹宁(Ⅲ)以光度法、差示光度法和重量法测定大量贵金属的情况。测定范围宽广(从0.01—150,甚至达500μg/ml)。这类试剂为贵金属的组试剂,但适当改变实验条件,即可在其它贵金属存在下测定单个贵金属元素。试剂对贵金属的灵敏度和选择性均好,大量的有色金属和碱土金属对测定贵金属无干扰。如用Ⅰ在0.1MHNO_3中于500nm处以差示光度法可测定0.2—60μg/ml的银。在1—3MHCl中,用Ⅰ可沉淀金,Ⅰ稍过量就可得到金络合物的红色沉淀,络合物组成之比为1∶1。组成恒定虽可作为称量形,但在烘至恒重过程中部分络
