据海外媒体报道,我国台湾地区继电子、纺织等产业外移后,纸业也开始到祖国大陆及东南亚设厂。目前,台湾造纸公司荣成公司投资内地的比例约为17%至18%,日前公司在股东会上决定将投资内地的比例由20%提高至40%,以应付未来王管机关管理放宽即可立即加重投资总额的形势。
