介绍我国磷肥产业现状和存在问题,阐述我国磷肥产业的定位及发展目标。提出化解磷肥产业产能过剩、提升磷肥产业质量的主要措施,包括转变发展方式、严格行业准入、推进兼并重组、建立产能转移退出机制、实现肥化结合、发展循环经济、加强资源保障、推进国际化,并提出相关政策建议。
The current status and existing problems of China’s phosphate fertilizer industry are introduced, and the positioning and development goals of the phosphate fertilizer industry in China are described. Proposed to resolve the overcapacity of phosphate fertilizer industry, improve the quality of the phosphate fertilizer industry, the main measures, including changing the mode of development, strict industry access, promote mergers and acquisitions, the establishment of capacity transfer exit mechanism, the combination of fertilizer, the development of circular economy, strengthen resource security, promote international And put forward relevant policy suggestions.
