我从事二十五年教育工作,做了二十三年的班主任.在班级管理工作中,我重视利用教学这个重要手段启迪学生的思想,使他们奋发和进步.我先后带过十二个班级.有的从三年级,有的从四、五年级开始带起,直到最后把他们送出学校.在带班过程中,我体会差生是班级管理工作中的老大难问题.因此,抓好差生的转化工作,是能否带好班的关键,差生转化好了,整个班级的面貌就可改观,班级就可以前进.不能嫌弃差生,要关心差生.长期与差生打交道,使我了解到差生的多种表现是由于学习差所引起的:课堂上不注意听讲,是由于他们基础差,新的知识听不懂;作业完不成,因为理解能力差,不会做;迟到了,由于他们长期学习差,厌恶学习,
