近年来,我国引进了许多给水排水成套装置和单台设备。本文介绍了引进国外给水排水装置和设备比较集中的华东地区的经验。从系统工程角度,剖析了所引进的给排水技术及其硬件和软件,分析了硬件和软件的关系,与软件在吸收消化工作中的地位关系,阐述了软件中智力引进又是关健的观点。由此对给水排水技术引进消化工作中存在的问题和解决途径提出了自己的看法。
In recent years, China has introduced many water supply and drainage sets and single equipment. This article describes the experience of introducing the foreign water supply and drainage devices and equipment in the East China region. From the point of view of system engineering, the imported water supply and drainage technology and its hardware and software were analyzed, the relationship between hardware and software was analyzed, and the relationship between the software and the status in the process of assimilation and digestion. The view that the introduction of intelligence in software was also a key point . This put forward their own opinions on the problems and solutions in the introduction and digestion of water supply and drainage technologies.
