随着我国城市化水平的不断提高,第二产业建筑业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,大量的工业建筑与民用建筑工程如雨后春笋般大量的出现,工民建工程在建筑业内所占的比重也逐渐攀升到新的高度。在数量不断提高的同时,人们逐渐意识到工业与民用建筑物的质量问题的重要性。而工民建的施工质量主要是由质量监管以及施工技术两方面决定的。因此,本文试图从以上两点进行研究,并总结出工业与民用建筑施工技术要点及质量管理要点,希望能为我国建筑业提供宝贵的经验和参考价值,推动我国建筑业的良性发展。
