为研究新鲜鸡粪和有机肥对植物中N、P、K养分沉积的影响,试验采用试验田播种小油菜,以新鲜鸡粪和生物有机肥设计7个处理,对照组不施用任何肥料,L1、M1、H1组每亩(1亩≈666.7 m2)分别施用鲜鸡粪0.5,1.0,2.0 t,L2、M2、H2组每亩分别施用生物有机肥0.5,1.0,2.0 t。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,鲜鸡粪各组土壤中K沉积量差异不显著(P>0.05),H2组K沉积量差异显著(P<0.05);生物有机肥各组之间相比,H2组K沉积量显著高于L2、M2组(P<0.05);施用2种肥料对土壤中N、P沉积量的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),其中以H2组N、P沉积量最高。2)与对照组相比,鲜鸡粪各组小油菜中N沉积量差异不显著(P>0.05),L1组显著高于L2组(P<0.05),H1组显著高于M2、H2组(P<0.05),极显著高于L2组(P<0.01);施用2种肥料对小油菜中P沉积量的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,M1、H1组对植物中K沉积量的影响差异显著(P<0.05),其他各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
In order to study the effect of fresh chicken manure and organic fertilizer on N, P and K nutrient deposition in plants, the experiment adopted the experiment field to sow canola, seven treatments with fresh chicken manure and bio-organic fertilizer, no fertilizer in the control group, M1 and H1 were applied 0.5,1.0,2.0 t of fresh chicken manure per acre (1 mu ≈ 666.7 m2), and 0.5,1.0,2.0 t / mu was applied to L2, M2 and H2 respectively. The results showed that: 1) Compared with the control group, the K accumulation in soil of fresh chicken manure was not significantly different (P> 0.05), while the K deposition in H2 group was significantly different (P <0.05) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the deposition of N and P in the soil between the two kinds of fertilizers (P> 0.05) P deposition highest. 2) Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the N deposition in the fresh rapeseed group, L1 group was significantly higher than the L2 group (P <0.05), H1 group was significantly higher than M2, H2 group (P <0.05), which was significantly higher than that of L2 (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in P deposition between two kinds of fertilizers (P> 0.05) There was significant difference (P <0.05) in the amount of K deposition in plants, but no significant difference among the other groups (P> 0.05).
