自1996年中国职工保险互助会北京办事处正式成立起,北京市总工会开展职工互助保障活动已有16年。在此期间,推动并实施了“在职职工重大疾病”、“在职职工意外伤害”等多项互助保障计划。保险种类的逐渐增加、参保范围的逐渐扩大和赔付标准的不断完善,多元化、多层次的职工医疗保障体系正在逐步健全。而今年,又有一个新的保障计划:“暖·互助”——《在职职工医疗互助保障计划》全面展开。年终岁末,我们在回顾这项计划实施的效果时惊喜地发现——
Since the formal establishment of the Beijing Office of China Workers’ Mutual Insurance Association in 1996, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions has been carrying out the work of helping and protecting workers and staff members for 16 years. During this period, we promoted and implemented many mutual protection plans such as “major diseases for serving employees” and “accidental injuries of serving employees”. Gradual increase in the types of insurance, insurance coverage is gradually expanding and payment standards continue to improve, diversified, multi-level staff medical security system is gradually improved. This year, there is another new safeguard plan: “Warm, Mutual Assistance” - “The Medical Mutual Protection Plan for Staff and Workers in Service” is in full swing.
