研究不同成熟度的新疆冬枣在低温贮藏保鲜过程中品质的变化。结果表明:冬枣采用大枣保鲜剂处理,微孔膜保鲜袋包装,在(-2±0.5)℃下低温贮藏是提高冬枣贮藏品质的有效方法。
To study the changes of quality of jujube jujube with different maturity during storage and preservation at low temperature. The results showed that jujube jujube was treated with jujube preservative and packaged in fresh-keeping membrane of microporous membrane. Storage at low temperature (-2 ± 0.5) ℃ is an effective method to improve the storage quality of jujube.
