扁平苔藓是口腔粘膜病中常见病之一。本病病因尚不清楚。国内外文献报道,本病好发于40～50岁女性。我科的病例也是女多于男,女性中以30～50岁发病者最多。某些患者在妊娠期内病损消退或缓解,但在分娩后又有复发。这些现象提示本病发病可能与性激素水平有一定关系。关于性激素对于人和动物口腔粘膜的影响,曾有过组织学研究的报道,临床上也有人采用检查口腔脱落细胞的角化程度,作为雌激素水平的指标,评价雌激素对口腔上皮的影响。但是,关于本病与性激素水平的关系,尚未发现研究报道,我们用放射免疫
