目的:观察一对一结合看图对话式健康教育对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规健康教育护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上采取一对一结合看图对话式健康教育模式,分别于干预前和干预后6个月使用患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评估患者自我管理水平以及治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白等。结果:观察组患者饮食控制、有效运动、合理用药、血糖监测、足部护理及自我管理总分均明显高于对照组,血糖、糖化血红蛋白代谢指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过采用一对一结合看图对话式健康教育能提高2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,改变患者的不良生活方式,提高生活质量,效果明显值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of one-on-one combination of diagrammatic dialogue-based health education on self-management ability of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was given routine health education and nursing care. The observation group took one-on- Patients’ self-management and pre-treatment and post-treatment blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, etc. were assessed before and at 6 months after intervention using the Self-Management Behavior Scale (SDSCA). Results: The total score of diet control, effective exercise, rational use of drugs, blood glucose monitoring, foot care and self-management in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. The metabolic indexes of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those in control group <0.05). Conclusion: It is worth to popularize the health education of type 2 diabetics by using the combination of one-on-one with diagram-based health education to improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes, change their bad life style and improve their quality of life.
