房产测量作为一种法定测量,它的测量成果经房地产管理部门审核后,用于房屋的产权登记,从而具有法律效力。在当前的房地产销售模式下,多数开发商以房屋的建筑面积作为计价依据,房产测量的房屋面积计算结果与开发商、广大购房户的切身利益密切相关,因此,房产测量的结果,直接关系到产权登记质量,关系到产权各方的利益。质量检查是房产测量工作中的一个重要环节,质量检查工作的好坏,直接关系到最终房产测量成果的质量。本文介绍了房产测量工作流程及工作内容,提出房产测量工作中质量检查的重点和质量检查的方法。
