大量试验证明,平菇覆土栽培能大幅度提高产量,但该方法需菌丝满袋后床栽,不能有效地利用空间。因此,探讨一种既能发挥覆土效果又便于立体栽培的方法具有重要意义。为此,我们进行了培养料混土后再栽培平菇的试验。1993年3月又在加土方式上进行了探讨,分混加和层加两种,结果混加明显优于层加,故本试验主要探讨混加的适宜比例及对产量的影响。 一、材料与方法 (一)供试品种 唐无孢平菇,本所自育。 (二)试验处理 以每50kg培养料加土的多少共分六个处理,2次重复。①对照(CK),不加土;②加土10kg;③加土20kg;④加土30kg;⑤加土40kg;⑥加土50kg。
A large number of experiments show that the mushroom cultivation can significantly increase the casing yield, but the method needs mycelium bags after bed, can not effectively use the space.
