本文对人工虫草B_(414)菌丝体作了较系统的毒理学研究。实验结果表明,该制剂小鼠腹腔注射LD_(50)为27.26±4.38g/kg,口服最大耐受量为252.5~300g/kg;对家兔外周血象、肝功、肾功及各重要脏器无明显毒性作用,未见诱发细胞遗传毒理学方面的损伤,但能促进兔睾的生精作用。从而为临床安全使用人工虫草制剂提供了依据。
In this paper, systematic toxicological studies on the mycelia of Cordyceps militaris B_(414) were performed. The experimental results showed that the mice were intraperitoneally injected with LD_(50) of 27.26±4.38g/kg, and the maximum tolerated dose was 252.5~300g/kg; the peripheral blood, liver function, renal function and important organs of rabbits were also studied. No obvious toxic effects, no damage induced genetic cytotoxicity, but can promote the role of spermatogenesis in rabbits. This provides a basis for the clinical use of artificial Cordyceps preparations.
