学习型组织理论是在知识经济时代中应运而生的管理理论,是当今世界最前沿的管理理论之一。学习型组织理论的提出,体现了一种时代精神和战略要求,是对发展前景的重新审视以及对机遇与挑战的积极应对。在激烈的市场变化中,能够生存下来的组织,不是那些最强大的,也不是那些最聪明的,而是那些最灵活的组织。唯有学习型组织才可能及时做出调整,更好地适应环境的变化。
Learning organization theory is a management theory emerged in the era of knowledge economy and is one of the most advanced management theories in the world today. The introduction of learning organization theory embodies a kind of spirit of the times and strategic requirements, which is a re-examination of the development prospect and a positive response to the opportunities and challenges. In the fierce market changes, the organizations that can survive are not the most powerful, nor the smartest, but the most flexible organizations. Only learning organizations can make timely adjustments to better adapt to changes in the environment.
