病历介绍患者于××,女,49岁,住院号43856。因胃大部切除术后腹胀呕吐25天,再次手术后仍呕吐10天就诊。患者因溃疡病20余年,症状加剧并出观呕吐,于1975年12月12日行胃大部切除术。术中证实为十二指肠球部溃疡伴幽门梗阻。术后一般情况尚好,术后4天肛门排气,第5天停胃肠减压并开始进食流汁,第6天感腹胀伴呕吐,重插胃管抽吸,按吻合口炎症水肿处理无好转,术后11天行钡餐检查
