目的研究心血管疾病医疗纠纷的特点,为医疗机构及医务人员防范医疗纠纷提供参考。方法对某三级甲等医院近八年发生的434例涉及心血管专业疾病的医疗纠纷案例进行回顾性分析。结果心血管疾病纠纷易发于青壮年患者(185例,42.63%),患者转归结果中致死、致残率高(296例,68.2%)。引发纠纷的主要原因是救治未达预期治疗效果、医患沟通欠缺;费用告知缺陷等。结论加强医疗质量管理、提高医务人员专业技术水平和风险意识、加强医患沟通能力是防范心血管疾病医疗纠纷的重要措施。
Objective To study the characteristics of medical disputes in cardiovascular diseases and provide references for medical institutions and medical personnel in preventing medical disputes. Methods A retrospective analysis of 434 cases of medical disputes involving cardiovascular diseases occurred in a tertiary hospital in the recent eight years was conducted. Results Disorders of cardiovascular diseases were more common in young patients (185 cases, 42.63%). The outcome of the patients was fatal and the morbidity was high (296 cases, 68.2%). The main reason for the dispute is the treatment is less than the expected effect of treatment, lack of communication between doctors and nurses; costs to inform the defects. Conclusion Strengthening medical quality management, improving medical professional skills and risk awareness, and strengthening communication between doctors and patients are important measures to prevent medical disputes over cardiovascular diseases.
