马尔尼菲氏青霉菌病为一种少见的感染性疾病。从1973年至今,国内外先后发现该病30例,其中国外9例,我国21例,均发生于广西境内。我科在1990年3月收治1例,经治疗,病人基本痊愈。现报道如下。病史:患者,女性,45岁,广西上林县人,农民,因反复咳嗽发热4个月,右上腹疼痛2个月于1990年3月11日入院。患者于1989年11月始常感发热(未测体温),有时不需治疗自行缓解。12月出现咳嗽,咳白色粘液痰,持续发热,胸痛,在当地医院就诊
Penicillium marneffei is a rare infectious disease. From 1973 to the present, 30 cases of this disease have been discovered at home and abroad, of which 9 cases are foreign and 21 cases are in our country, both of which occurred in Guangxi.
