配电静止同步补偿器在配电网中能有效的解决电压跌落等动态电压质量问题。针对dq0坐标系下DSTATCOM系统数学模型强耦合、非线性的特点,提出一种模糊比例积分(PI)控制和最优跟踪控制相结合的DSTATCOM电压控制策略。在该控制策略中,电压外环采用模糊自适应PI控制,克服了传统固定增益PI调节器参数难以整定、自适应性差的缺陷。电压外环的输出作为电流内环的指令信号。电流内环采用基于最优跟踪控制的多变量控制器设计方法,避免了有功/无功电流的耦合作用给控制器设计带来的困难。仿真和实验结果表明,所提的DSTATCOM电压控制策略性能优良、结构简单、容易实现,满足DSTATCOM电压控制的要求。
Distribution static synchronous compensator in the distribution network can effectively solve the voltage drop and other dynamic voltage quality problems. Aiming at the strong coupling and nonlinearity of the mathematical model of DSTATCOM system in dq0 coordinate system, a DSTATCOM voltage control strategy based on fuzzy proportional integral (PI) control and optimal tracking control is proposed. In this control strategy, fuzzy adaptive PI control is adopted for the outer voltage of the voltage, which overcomes the difficulty of setting parameters of the traditional fixed gain PI regulator and poor adaptability. The output of the voltage outer loop serves as the command signal for the inner loop of the current. The current inner loop adopts the multivariable controller design method based on the optimal tracking control, which avoids the difficulties caused by the coupling effect of active / reactive current to the controller design. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed DSTATCOM voltage control strategy with excellent performance, simple structure, easy to achieve, to meet the DSTATCOM voltage control requirements.
