本文对WC系钢结硬质合金液相烧结和热处理过程中相成份和组织结构作了研究。用电子探针及扫描电子显微镜进行了相成份的定性和定量分析;用X-射线衍射仪进行了物相分析,以及用光学金相显微镜和电子显微镜观察了金相组织。研究结果证明WC系钢结硬质合金在液相烧结和热处理时,硬质相WC与粘结剂钢基体相要发生相互溶解与析出作用。文中还讨论了由于WC相与粘结剂钢基体相相互作用的结果,引起粘结剂钢基体相的化学成份变化,对WC系钢结硬质合金热处理、组织结构及性能的影响。从而为这类新材料的热处理提供了根据。
In this paper, the phase composition and microstructure of the WC series steel bonded carbide during liquid phase sintering and heat treatment were studied. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the phase components was carried out by electron probe and scanning electron microscopy. The phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffraction and the microstructure was observed by optical microscope and electron microscope. The results show that when the WC series cemented carbide is liquid-phase sintered and heat-treated, the hard phase WC and the binder steel matrix should dissolve and precipitate each other. The paper also discussed the influence of the chemical composition of the binder phase on the heat treatment, microstructure and properties of the WC series cemented carbide as a result of the interaction between the WC phase and the binder matrix. Thus providing a basis for the heat treatment of such new materials.
