心理学研究已经反复证明,在学生心中,多次正面和积极的评价才能抵消一次负面或消极的评价。但是,在大部分学校,负面评价的比例要远远超出正面的评价。显而易见,积极的环境比消极的环境更有助于学生之间的合作和共同进步。因此,如果想让学生为成功而奋斗,老师必须先有一个积极的态度,随时为他们提供正面的反馈意见并对每个学生的能力都充满信心。
Psychology research has repeatedly demonstrated that many positive and positive evaluations can offset negative or negative evaluations in the minds of students. However, in most schools, the proportion of negative evaluations far exceeds positive evaluation. Obviously, a positive environment is more conducive to cooperation and common progress between students than a negative environment.
