大暑节气,全国的楼市也一片火暴。据国家发改委、国家统计局调查显示,2007年6月,全国70个大中城市房屋销售价格同比上涨7.1%,涨幅比上月高0.7个百分点。2007年以来,一度低迷的全国房产市场仿佛一夜间就火暴起来,在南国深圳,甚至出现房价半年内飙升50%的罕见状况。

Since 2007, once sluggish national real estate market seems to be hot overnight, in southern Shenzhen, even a 50% surge in housing prices within six months of the rare situation.
