患者：徐某某，24岁，因第2胎39~(+4)周孕于1987年12月15日入院待产。末次月经1987年3月12日。产前检查正常。既往月经多。23岁结婚，婚后3月自然流产一次，查体：发育营养佳，脉搏血压正常，心肺阴性，腹软肝脾未扪及。产科情况：腹围93cm，宫高33cm，头先露，胎心148次/分，骨盆内外测量正常。入院6天后临产，1、2产程顺利，自产一男婴重3200g，Apga评分10分。胎儿娩出半小时胎盘未下，检查发现胎盘已剥离伴一球形硬物嵌于宫颈处，取出8×8×6cm的平滑肌瘤的球块物及其部分粘连的18×19×？cm大小胎盘。徒手剥离取出较第一个胎盘为小的两个胎盘副叶，各约10×10cm，10×12cm大，与第一个大胎盘间仅
