在实施素质教育中,工会应扮演什么角色?发挥什么作用?这是广大工会干部应该认真思考的问题。显然,学校工会,作为广大教师的群众组织,在这场基础教育的重大改革中不能袖手旁观,无所作为,更不应冷眼相看,而应积极主动地在党组织的领导下,充分发挥桥梁和纽带作用。团结和带领广大教工积极投身到当前实施素质教育的热潮中去。
In the implementation of quality education, trade unions should play what role? What role? This is the vast number of trade union cadres should seriously consider the issue.
