3月5日下午,出席十二届全国人大三次会议的我省代表团举行全体会议,审议政府工作报告。中央书记处书记、全国政协副主席杜青林参加审议。杜青林在审议中强调,要积极适应经济发展新常态,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,着力提高经济发展质量和效益,狠抓改革攻坚,突出创新驱动,加强民生保障,努力促进经济平稳健康发展和社会和谐稳定。审议中,杜青林、巴音朝鲁、蒋超良、姜治莹等代表围绕政府工作报告作了发言。
