为进一步实时抑制来自电网用户的各次谐波电流和造成的电网谐振,研制了一套适合于在电网终端变电站运行的混合型有源滤波器,阐述了其检测与控制系统的设计思想,介绍了其拓扑结构,分析了该装置从电网获取谐波有功能量来稳定有源部分直流侧电压的工作原理,提出了基于谐波矢量电压定向的相位获取法和线性鲁棒控制策略。仿真试验和现场运行结果均验证了所提方法和控制策略的正确性和有效性。从广西电网某110 kV变电站35 kV母线进行的工程应用和运行情况来看,控制效果明显。
In order to further restrain each harmonic current and grid resonance caused by grid users in real time, a set of hybrid active filters suitable for substation operation at the terminal of the power grid was developed, and the design idea of its detection and control system was introduced. The topological structure of the device is analyzed. The working principle of the device to obtain harmonic active energy from the power grid to stabilize the DC voltage of the active part is analyzed. The phase acquisition method and the linear robust control strategy based on harmonic vector voltage orientation are proposed. Simulation results and field test results verify the correctness and validity of the proposed method and control strategy. According to the engineering application and operation of 35 kV busbar of a 110 kV substation in Guangxi Power Grid, the control effect is obvious.
