在实践的基础上，针对国内外化工单作用叶片泵存在的问题，经大量的流体模拟试验，应用计算机专用程序设计出了复合曲线为定子内表面轮廓的ＹＢＨ１０ － ５ 系列泵，并对该泵进行了流量－ 压差特性测试、功率－ 压差特性测试、噪声测试及振动测试。
On the basis of practice, aiming at the problems of vane pump with single action at home and abroad, a series of YBH10 - 5 series pumps with compound curve as stator inner surface profile were designed by a large number of fluid simulation tests. Flow-pressure differential characteristics tests, power-pressure differential tests, noise tests and vibration tests were performed.
