在砂培条件下,研究了6种微量元素对大豆种子发芽及其幼苗保护酶的影响。结果表明:在适宜的浓度范围内,6种不同的处理均能提高大豆种子的发芽率、主根长度和侧根数量,其作用大小顺序分别是:Mo>Cu、B>Zn>Fe、Mn;B>Zn>Cu、Mo>Fe>Mn,和Fe>Mo>Cu、B>Zn、Mn;B和Mo处理对大豆胚轴伸长和Mo、Fe处理对大豆侧根数量增加均有明显的促进作用。随着处理浓度的提高,6种微量元素处理均使POD和SOD活性有所增强,不同微量元素处理CAT活性变化趋势有所差异。
Under sand culture conditions, the effects of six trace elements on the germination of soybean seeds and their protective enzymes were studied. The results showed that the germination rate, the main root length and the lateral root number of soybean seeds increased with the increase of the concentration of Mo 6 Cu, B> Zn> Fe, Mn > Zn> Cu, Mo> Fe> Mn and Fe> Mo> Cu, B> Zn and Mn. The treatment of B and Mo had significant effects on the elongation of soybean and the treatment of Mo and Fe, . With the increase of treatment concentration, the activities of POD and SOD increased with the treatment of six trace elements, and the trends of CAT activity varied with different trace elements.
