Objective To investigate the changes of serum trace elements calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese and copper in patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia and prevent the occurrence of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, and to guide rational nutrition and clinical treatment during pregnancy. Methods Serum Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu (superscript 3 +) and Ca (superscript 2 +) were measured by ion selective electrode method, colorimetric method and atomic absorption spectrometry in 30 preeclampsia patients and 30 pregnant women with normal gestational age at 32 weeks The level of change and control study. Results Serum levels of calcium and copper in patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.001), and serum zinc levels were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). (2) The content of iron in serum of preeclampsia patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001), and the content of magnesium and manganese in serum was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05, P <0.05). (3) (P <0.001). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in copper / zinc and iron / manganese ratios, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05, P> 0.05). Conclusion The decrease of serum trace elements calcium, zinc and copper, the increase of magnesium, iron and manganese and the imbalance between the proportion of trace elements and the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, especially early-onset severe preeclampsia .
