本文叙述了一台实验用的扇形磁质谱计。对离子源离子光学系统进行了离子轨迹的模拟实验,磁分析室用铜电铸而成,离子探测器采用单通道连续电子倍增管,对磁分析器离子光学系统的几何参数做了理论计算。仪器的分辨本领为380,对锶样品的灵敏度为2×10~4。
This article describes an experimental fan-shaped mass spectrometer. Ion trajectory simulation experiment was carried out for the ion source ion optical system. The magnetic analysis chamber was made by copper electroforming. The ion detector was a single-channel continuous electron multiplier tube. Theoretical calculations were made on the geometrical parameters of the magnetic analyzer ion optical system. The resolution of the instrument is 380, the sensitivity of strontium sample is 2 × 10 ~ 4.
