目的研究新疆地区不同民族人群高尿酸血症与代谢性疾病的相关性。方法调查三民族人群2396例,血清检测血尿酸(SUA)及血脂、血糖等相关生化指标,对所有调查对象进行常规体格检查。结果三民族血尿酸水平为汉族高于维吾尔族,更高于哈萨克族;在代谢性疾病相关指标间的比较,差异均有统计学意义;维吾尔族与高尿酸血症密切相关的疾病为高血脂、高血糖及肥胖(P<0.01);哈萨克族与高尿酸血症密切相关的疾病为高血压、高血脂及肥胖(P<0.01);而汉族高尿酸血症与高血压、高血脂、高血糖及肥胖疾病的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症与代谢性疾病密切相关,新疆维、哈、汉族高尿酸血症与代谢性疾病间的关系存在民族异质性,为预防高尿酸血症的发生及不同民族高尿酸血症及相关代谢性疾病的诊治提供依据。
Objective To study the relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic diseases among ethnic groups in Xinjiang. Methods Totally 2396 cases of three ethnic groups were investigated. Serum levels of serum uric acid (SUA), serum lipids, blood glucose and other biochemical parameters were examined. All subjects were examined by routine physical examination. Results The level of serum uric acid in Han nationality was higher than that in Uyghur nationality and higher in Kazak nationality. There were significant differences in the related indicators of metabolic diseases among Uyghur nationality. The diseases closely related to hyperuricemia were hyperlipidemia , Hyperglycemia and obesity (P <0.01). The diseases closely related to hyperuricemia in Kazak are hypertension, hyperlipidemia and obesity (P <0.01), while hyperuricemia in Han is associated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperlipidemia The correlation between blood glucose and obesity were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Hyperuricemia is closely related to metabolic diseases. There is ethnic heterogeneity in the relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic diseases in Xinjiang Uygur, Kazakh and Han nationalities. In order to prevent the occurrence of hyperuricemia and different ethnic hyperuricemia And related metabolic disease diagnosis and treatment to provide the basis.
